Join fun air battles in this multiplayer adventure

When you watch one of those movies in which fighter pilots engage in frantic air battles across the skies, you always wish you could do something like that one day.

ACE Online gives you the chance to put yourself in the shoes of a war pilot in a fantasy universe. ACE Online is a massive multiplayer space shooter in which you take the control of a futuristic ship (also known as ‘gear’) and develop a career as pilot by completing missions and fighting enemy ships, either controlled by AI or by players belonging to another faction.

In general terms, ACE Online is an RPG that features all the classic elements of the genre: missions to complete, skills to achieve and the possibility to upgrade your gear as you progress through the game. But ACE Online is also a quick action game in which your skill with the mouse and keyboard will be put to test.

ACE Online features nice graphics and smooth controls that make virtual flights a pleasure. On the downside, the game tends to get a bit monotonous, since there are not many players around and I was unable to accept any missions – maybe level two is still too low to get involved into any of them.

ACE Online is a fun and original blend of MMORPG and action game that puts you behind the wheel of a futuristic fighter.
