Citizen Feedback App Review

Citizen Feedback App is an Android application developed by SBM Urban. The app aims to collect feedback from citizens about their cities on different sanitation parameters. It is part of the Swachh Survekshan 2022 initiative by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The objective of the survey is to encourage large scale citizen participation, create awareness, and foster healthy competition among towns and cities to improve their service delivery to citizens towards creating cleaner cities.

The app is easy to use and allows citizens to provide feedback on sanitation-related issues such as garbage collection, public toilets, and cleanliness of public areas. Citizens can also upload photos to support their feedback. The app is free to use, and it is available for download on the Google Play Store.
