With Locatone, users can embark on tours and visit specific spots on the map, where they will automatically hear corresponding sound effects and music.

By listening to the audio while strolling through the city, users can discover new charms and ways to enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, Locatone offers an AR camera feature that enables users to capture memorable photos.

Sound AR™, a groundbreaking audio experience by Sony, blends virtual world sounds with the real world. Users can enjoy Locatone with their own headphones or earphones, but for an enhanced experience, Sony’s wireless headphones, “LinkBuds,” can be used to seamlessly overlay the audio onto the surrounding environment. Moreover, with head tracking support, Locatone provides an interactive experience that responds to the user’s movements.
