Donald Draws Executive Doodle is a photo editing app featuring the controversial American president. Create your own version of the executive order meme by adding a new text image or doodle onto the pages of the floppy-haired billionaire’s latest presidential order. This light-heated app will only really be a passing amusement to most, and will probably be forgotten after a couple of uses. Uploading to social media works will, but converting a GIF isn’t possible currently. A fun little joke that wants to make memes great again but little else.
