The game’s splashes of colour mostly come about when Blot absorbs colour, and then uses it to solve puzzles and problems. This makes for an appealing, distinct visual style that helps you play the game: outside of the occasional high-octane seasonal content such as the game’s Halloween event, you always know that colour means something. On the other hand, the game gets predictable at times because of how colours and puzzle-solving work, and when it’s not predictable, it can be hard to see.
