Dynasty Warriors: Overlords is a 3D real-time action game. This game is inspired by the ancient Chinese novel “Dynasty Warriors,” which tells the story of three kingdoms fighting for dominance worldwide. As the game unfolds, you will witness the rise of one kingdom to the greatest power in the world. The gameplay is divided into two parts. In the first part, you will control a character in the role of a general. You will need to lead your troops into battle, where you will have to defeat the enemy. In the second part, you will have to defeat the enemy to claim the throne and establish your dynasty.

 It tells the story of the Three Kingdoms, a time period in ancient China. The game starts in 628 AD when the Han Dynasty is in its most powerful period. The game unfolds linearly as it tells the story of the three kingdoms: Wei, Shu, and Wu.
