Back up and download tracks from your iPod

If you’ve ever accidentally synced an iPod with the wrong computer, or simply wanted to put your iPod collection on a new computer, you’ll know how difficult it can be.

With Movavi iCopy, you can quickly and easily download any content from an iPod to your PC. The Movavi iCopy interface is really simple, and similar to the layout of iTunes, so searching though an iPod’s content is easy. Unfortunately there’s no search, but you can still order the contents by Artist, or Album and so on.

Downloading tracks in Movavi iCopy is just a case of selecting what you want, choosing a destination folder, and clicking the big download button. You can even choose to import tracks directly to your iTunes as well. It all works very smoothly, although if you have a big iPod with a lot of music in it, sometimes Movavi iCopy gets really slow. In the demo version, you can only download tracks one at a time.

Movavi iCopy is a really simple way to back up your iPod’s collection, it’s only problem being a little heavy on resources.
