What is FirstLine™ Benefits?

FirstLine Benefits™ is a mobile app that makes it easy to shop online with FirstLine® products and services. You can buy them in-store and online at any time.

Now you can also use the app to shop, manage and activate your debit card and find stores near you.

How do I activate?

First, you need to create an account and verify your phone number. Then, go through the phone activation process and you’re ready to shop!

How do I activate a debit card?

For debit cards, you can easily activate and manage your card right from the app.

What do I need to download to shop?

If you already have a shopping cart, there’s nothing else you need to download.

If you don’t have a shopping cart yet, you need to download the Mobile eShop app. You can also shop with debit cards in-store or online.

How can I find stores near me?

If you don’t know where you want to shop, we recommend that you visit your local store first.

How can I find the eShop?

There’s an eShop button in the app, so you can browse the app and then shop online.

How can I find products?

Product information, including price, is available in the eShop.

How can I use my debit card online?

To shop online, select the card option on the app, choose your shopping destination and pay with a debit card in your account.
