Simultaneous Social Media Posting

Crosspost is an app designed for people who like to share things across both Facebook and Twitter. It allows you to post write your content once and have it be posted to both services at the same time.

A Time Saver

It may not be a huge time sink to have to post separately on both Facebook and Twitter, but for people who post a lot, that extra time adds up. Crosspost brings convenience. Not only does it post to Facebook and Twitter for you, it also sits in the menubar where you can pull up a quick post box quickly and easily. It supports multiple user accounts on both platforms. If your post is longer than Twitter’s character limit, you can select the text you wish to appear on Twitter. Facebook link previews are shown. There is even an option to automatically remove hashtags.

Good but Abandoned

While Crosspost is great in theory, it appears to have been abandoned by its developer. There are some accessibility issues that remain unfixed (such as un-labelled buttons) and there isn’t much help to be found if you struggle to use the app.
