In the app, you can find your doctor’s address, contact information, opening hours, and holiday substitute. You can also call the medical helpline outside your doctor’s working hours. The app’s search feature allows you to find specialist doctors and check their availability, closed days, and waiting time. The inbox feature lets you view your e-consultations, ask questions, and get answers. You can book an appointment online, cancel a booked one, and keep track of upcoming and previous appointments. The app also displays selected test results, vaccination records, referrals, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Additionally, you can have a video consultation with your doctor if they consider it a better alternative to phone or physical attendance.
