RB Klíč is a mobile application developed by Raiffeisenbank that offers secure and convenient access to Internet banking. With RB Klíč, users can easily log in to their Internet banking account or authorize transactions with just a fingerprint or face scan, without the need to manually enter codes from text messages. The app also allows users to renew their access to Raiffeisenbank applications using their identity documents and biometrics, without the need to visit a branch.

RB Klíč is available for Android devices running version 9.0 and newer. To activate the app, users must have the necessary permissions set up by the bank in their Internet banking account. When a user wants to log in or authorize a transaction, a push notification appears on their mobile device with a summary of the transaction that requires authorization. Clicking on the notification automatically launches the RB Klíč app, where users can see all the details of the transaction and authorize it with just a few taps.
