Video to Gif Beta is a free Android app developed by roman10 that allows you to easily convert videos into animated gifs. While there are many gif maker tools available on Android, few of them have the capability to create gifs from videos. With Video to Gif Beta, you can have complete control over frame rate, image resolution, and repeat times. You can also view your gif files within the app and export, rename, and share them. The app provides two interfaces to select the start and end time of the video, including a seekbar and start time/end time picker. Additionally, you can preview your gif before conversion and adjust the frame rate and looping. The app is still in beta, and the developers plan to add support for more video formats in future releases.
