OCR Text Scanner is a powerful app for converting pictures into texts. You can either select an image from the gallery or take a picture using the built-in camera. You can also select a portion of the image to be translated.

The app supports all languages, including European languages like English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, German, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Turkish, Finnish, and Icelandic. It also supports Arabic, Chinese, and many other languages. The output of the app is an editable text file that you can later translate into any language you want.
