Cook wholesome recipes with Sunee – a mobile app by Sunee Pty Limited. The subscription-based lifestyle app is based on Sarah Stevenson’s YouTube page, Sarah’s Day. Like Sarah, the app provides new recipes every week that meet various dietary needs. If you’re hunting for gluten-free, milk-free, nut-free, organic, vegetarian, modern paleo, or low FODMAP meals, Sunee has a recipe for you. Every recipe has been developed and certified by nutritionists and can easily be made by any home cook.

A meal made just for you 

Sunee will spice your life by adding recipes every week.  There are main course dishes, light sandwiches, cookies, and simple smoothies. The developers say that the cooking techniques appeal to newbie cooks, but you can’t say for sure; Sunee doesn’t have a feature to see how well their users can cook. What the app looks for are your food criteria. You may change the filter so that only certain types of recipes can surface.

Users who can eat any sort of meal can use the Recipe Roulette. This feature allows Sunee to pick your next meal. Any recipe you like can be saved to your profile or folder that can be accessed from your Sunee dashboard. The app does, though, offer more than just recipes. You’ll find a wide range of educational posts that cover beauty, health and fitness. Each article offers the tips of Sunee’s own naturopath and nutritionist.

The naturopathic directory provides advice and suggestions for 50 common health problems such as bloating, indigestion, and skincare. Through interviewing professionals, you will learn what a safe and well-balanced meal does for you. Both of these are winning aspects of the fitness app, but you might have already seen these recipes and tips. Sarah’s Day fans will remember her cocoa granola, chia pudding, and Sezzy’s choc chip cookies (just to name a few recipes).

Extremely helpful but lacks uniqueness 

Sunee will help you start living a balanced, safe lifestyle. The app provides a lot of knowledge to help you physically change your body inside and outside. What the app lacks are fresh and interesting recipes; a lot of food can be found on YouTube – either on Sarah’s channel or around the platform. Considering that the app needs a subscription to use its functionality, you’d imagine brand new recipes that have never been seen before.
