In 2003, Jenny Sauer-Klein and Jason Nemer founded Acro Yoga, a type of yoga that combines traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics. It is said to promote a wide range of physical and mental benefits for the yogi.
How to Use the App:
The first step is to choose a difficulty level. This can be done by selecting from the following options: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.
Next, you will be guided to the selected difficulty level. Select the number of postures and the duration of the session. In this way, you will learn the postures and receive the instruction in the correct way.
Afterward, you can choose to repeat the session or to stop and start over again.
