Breastfeeding Management 2: An Evidence-Based iPhone App for Clinicians

Breastfeeding Management 2 is an iPhone app developed by the Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition that aims to help clinicians identify, triage, and manage common breastfeeding problems in the first weeks of life. This evidence-based application is designed to provide clinicians with an easy-to-use resource that can support mothers and newborns in their breastfeeding journey.

The app features five calculators, including two feeding calculators and a weight loss calculator, to help clinicians track baby’s growth and development. Additionally, it provides information on medications and a link to LactMed, the comprehensive online resource from the National Library of Medicine.
