Falck Online is an iPhone app developed by AB Previa that offers a range of convenient online medical services. With this app, users can access specialists from all over the country through video calls on their mobile devices or tablets.

The app serves as a complement to physical visits or phone calls with healthcare professionals. In addition to providing advice and support, Falck Online also offers crisis and personal support, drop-in times for initial sick leave certificates, and web booking for certain agreed-upon services. The app can be downloaded for free, and users can easily log in using BankID or information provided by Falck.

The online service is hosted on a CE-marked platform approved by the Swedish Medical Products Agency for medical purposes. All information is handled in accordance with GDPR and PDL on secure servers. It’s important to note that video calls are not recorded, and no information from the conversation is stored.
