Can you stop the zombies from taking over?

Zombies are a popular theme for developers and Soulless is another effort at creating a ‘zombies on the loose’ game, which it has to be said, is a very tired genre.

Soulless is a shoot-em-up arcade style game where you play the role of a marine who has to fight through a horde of zombies. Your task is to discover the origin of the outbreak of zombies, progressing through the various levels and investigate until you find the source and blow it to bits basically.

You have a machine gun with which to blow the zombies but you have to be careful not to kill the innocent. Soulless features some very average graphics and there’s only two missions to complete in this trial which doesn’t leave you wanting more. The full game however offers ten missions following the same format which doesn’t really inspire much either.

Soulless is just another zombie game that may provide a few minutes of shoot-em-up fun, but which probably won’t have you enthralled.
