This mod is for Awakening which would add one of three versions of Alistair’s Rose to the player’s inventory. It’s a simple and easy way to keep the roses in your inventory. The mod doesn’t take up any space, but it also doesn’t do anything. It is a plot item also means that it will disappear from your inventory once Awakening is completed.

It also changes the way the rose is added to the inventory because just a picture in one category of the backpack doesn’t seem like a lot.
