Store all your citations and references

Reference Tracker is a useful tool for scholars, which can store all sorts of citations and references.

Even though the application is still in Beta, therefore a little unstable, it already performs fairly well and offers a clean, well structured interface.

I quite like having being able to easily search Amazon and lookup ISBN thanks to the two buttons at the center of the menu bar. Reference Tracker also creates Harvard formatted lists which you can print out and edit from the program window.

All references and citations that you import can easily be organized into various groups and you can post additional notes next to them.

If you need to track a lot of material this ensures you keep everything well structured. However, while it’s easy to get information from Safari, Firefox and Mail, we would have liked for the application to be compliant with more browsers and mail clients, such as Thunderbird.

A friendly application with ISBN lookup and Amazon search, Reference Tracker keeps your citations in well organized in Harvard formatted lists.
