This app can be used by individuals who have applied for a new FX account, already have an FX account, an investment trust account, or a normal deposit account (for those who have completed the initial setup). The use of personal numbers is limited to tasks such as creating payment statements related to financial product transactions, applying for account openings related to financial product transactions, reporting, and deposit account number assignment. Please note that only two types of personal number cards, the “Individual Number Card” and the “Notification Card,” can be used with this app. If you have other personal number confirmation materials, please proceed with the necessary procedures by mail.
