How to bind the Maimo Fit app to the Maimo Fit wristband watch

How to use the app to check the health data.

1. On the phone, install and open the Maimo Fit App.

2. When the watch is paired, click the button on the phone screen to find the watch.

3. Click the “Health Data Manager” tab to see the history of activities.

4. Click the “Heart Rate, Sleep, Stress and Battery” tab to see the current and average heart rate, sleep, stress and battery.

5. Click the “Settings” tab to change settings such as the notification settings, weather synchronization or the voice service settings etc.
