Action game inspired by Among Us

None Of Us (AMIGA) is a free action game for PC from indie developer Electric Black Sheep. It’s a top-down shooter adventure boasting an art style inspired by the popular multiplayer game, Among Us. In it, players attempt to escape a ship filled with enemies, while dealing with limited visibility.

Compared to the game that inspired it, Among Us, None Of Us (AMIGA) features a different type of gameplay that is more action-oriented. Armed with a laser blaster, players will navigate a maze-like ship, unaware of who or what lies ahead given their visual handicap.

Get off this ship

Among Us is a multiplayer indie game that just blew up in popularity over the past few years. Everyone, from celebrities to influencers and gamers all joined in on the action, pushing it toward massive commercial success and popularity. Here then comes None Of Us (AMIGA), a release that takes visual design cues and inspiration from the said game but that’s about it.

You can basically think of this game as a top-down shooter with retro pixel graphics and an Among Us skin. Your main goal is to escape your ship while making sure you eliminate everyone else aboard before getting off. Armed with a laser blaster, you start exploring multiple interconnected areas on the ship, encountering hostiles that will fire back at you in retaliation.

To provide more of a challenge, your vision will be impaired as you can also see a few steps ahead of you. This makes enemy encounters more unpredictable and varied. Before diving in, just be aware that this game is nothing more than a proof of concept, and to test out visual assets and gameplay mechanics for game development. Take it for what it is and nothing else.

A one-off thing

If you loved playing Among Us, then None Of Us (AMIGA) will be a fun little shooter inspired by it that you can check out. Visually, it’s quite similar, but its gameplay is more engaging and action-oriented. This is going to be a one-off thing but it’s still worth experiencing at least once or when you want to pass the time.
