নমজর: A Convenient Mobile App for E-Namjari in Bangladesh

নমজর (Namjari) is a mobile application developed by Business Automation that aims to simplify the process of land registration and other land-related services in Bangladesh. With nearly 22 million namjari applications being filed every year in the country, the Ministry of Land has been working towards efficiently delivering various land services, including namjari, to the general public.

This mobile app, available for Android users on the Google Play Store, enables citizens to easily search for the current status of their namjari applications, receive application updates via SMS, and access information about all land office officials. Office users can also view the list of ongoing and pending applications, as well as track the payment of application fees and DC charges. The app caters to the needs of district-level officials, including upazila land office executives, Deputy Commissioners, Revenue officers, and officials from the Land Reform Board and Ministry of Land.

In addition, the app allows users to submit information to the Sub-Registrar/Registrar’s office, facilitating seamless data exchange with the Registration Directorate.
