ACCESS HRA Child Support Mobile is a free mobile app for people in New York City to complete an enrollment form for Child Support Services. You can either log in with your existing ACCESS HRA account or create a new one in the app. You will be asked some questions about yourself, the other party, and the child or children. If you have children with multiple people, please submit an additional enrollment form for each of the other parties.

You can view and download a copy of the form on your phone or tablet. If you are submitting the form online, you can take a photo from your camera roll straight from the list shown to you on the screen. After you submit the form, someone from the NYC Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) will reach out to you to confirm the information and required documents. You can also view and download the required documents in the app.

You can use the app to make payments for your child support case, including Challenge Forms and forms for programs such as the Arrears Credit Program and the Arrears Cap Program. You can view and download child support appointments and notices in the app. You can also view and download debt reduction application forms, which can be completed and submitted via the app.
