Update and fixes for Codemaster’s excellent rally game

The DiRT 3 Patch fixes a number of issues, from minor graphical glitches to bigger problems like certain instances where players could actually drive into the crowd. There are also a number of stability improvements, polishing what is already a fantastic racing game.
