ApnaComplex: The One-Stop Solution for Society and Apartment Management

ApnaComplex is a free iPhone application developed by Eukleia Technologies Private Limited that serves as a complete solution for apartment and society management. With its smart, simple, and fast features, ApnaComplex offers convenience to both residents and the Management Committee.

The application provides several features that make life easier for apartment residents, such as booking facilities like tennis courts, gyms, party halls, and more. It also enables residents to track vehicles entering the gated community, issue gate passes to domestic help, book local services, and access apartment owners’ discussion forums and interest groups. Furthermore, residents can approve or pre-approve visitors at the apartment gate, inform security about expected visitors, lock and unlock their vehicles, and raise maintenance complaints with pictures of the issue.

ApnaComplex also offers automated alerts and notifications, including those for school bus pick-up/drop-off, guest/visitor arrival, domestic staff attendance, important notices, and meeting reminders. The app also allows maintenance staff to manage entire helpdesk operations, log new complaints, update/close existing complaints, take pictures of issues before and after resolving them, record readings of utilities, and view assigned action items. Society admins can also track key vitals of the society, broadcast emergency notifications, access financial statements, track complaints, and post notices about key updates.
