While both versions allow you to determine a taper’s coordinates, the non-premium variant does not include a converter unit. Unfortunately, beginners can find this tool difficult to use and understand.

Aids in computation

CNC sTaper FREE features several module buttons representing a particular taper shape. The rotate button, meanwhile, lets you turn the taper in a certain direction and can be used in conjunction with the two horizontal and vertical bars surrounding the said button.

These bars indicate the line direction. In addition, tapping any of the four tool corner radius buttons prompts the app to place an angle symbol in the upper or lower corners of the circle. However, this tool should only be used by individuals knowledgeable in machinery and advanced mathematics.
