You are being chased by a big fire ball that wants to catch you, so run as fast as you can! You need to swipe to avoid the ball, and if you are caught by it, you will get caught and the game will be over.

If you want to play with friends, you can do it! There is a scoreboard to see how you are doing in relation to your friends, so compete with them and try to get the best position on the scoreboard.
