Screen Mirroring for ChromeCast
The ChromeCast is designed to serve as a digital media-converter for Google Cast enabled receivers. In addition to mirroring your computer display onto your TV, this software enables you to view files in Google Drive, and view presentations, slide shows, and other multimedia content using the ChromeCast connected with a Google Chromecast device. With Windows 10 Anniversary update and Windows 10 Creators update, it is now possible to screen mirror a display to a Google Cast-enabled device such as the ChromeCast. With Windows 10 build 15063, it is now possible to select the Display option from the cast app, which enables users to directly link their ChromeCast and connected Cast devices to use them as an extension of the Windows screen. With this functionality, you can view your photos, documents, and videos in the ChromeCast and control the presentation with your remote device. For example, with the ChromeCast, you can control the volume, skip, or fast-forward through your favorite songs, videos, or presentations.
