Planningify Work time schedule: An efficient and customizable work time tracking software

Planningify Work time schedule is a free Android-based work time tracker and management software that allows you to easily track and calculate your working hours, plannings and agendas, count overtime and extra hours, and create PDF timesheets and time tables. With only one screen, you can clock in and clock out each day and week of your worked hours, and create predefined hour templates. It is suitable for any kind of schedule or job, including shift work, office job as well as shifted and variable hours. Freelancers and projects managers can invoice time spent for each client and activity with one planning per customer.

The software has a user-friendly interface, and the overtime wizard automatically calculates extra and overtime hours in only one click. You can customize and tailor your schedule with custom columns, computed/calculated columns with formulas, predefined schedule templates, and synchronization with Dropbox (optional) to share between multiple devices. You can also print and export PDF timesheets to Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers or OpenOffice (csv-friendly), and change the daily paid hourly rate with any comment and note to save the tasks to be performed, days off, blank holidays, sickness, duty, business trips, meals and mileage expenses. The software also has a dark mode option to save energy.
