You will need to establish an efficient transport system to bring in new tourist amenities, like hotels and theme parks, as well as develop a variety of industries, such as food, electricity, and even tourism.

If you have managed to bring prosperity to your country, you can start thinking about improving the city even more, and establishing a police force. A little autocracy goes a long way in a place as charming as Tropico.
