These outfits can be customized for your character by using the panda-themed slinger from the Monster Hunter World version of the China Dress.

The China Dress is a combination of the Monster Hunter World outfits of the Hub Girl and the Handler. The main difference is that the panda-themed slinger has been added to the China Dress. You can also change the color of the armor.
