Hardlopen met Evy: Your Personal Trainer for Running

Hardlopen met Evy is an iPhone app by ENERGY NV that offers a comprehensive training program to help you run your first 5K. The app provides 25 training schedules, including those for 10K, 10 miles, half marathon, and marathon. The training schedules are designed by experienced sports coaches at Energy Lab, and the app offers personalized coaching from Coach Evy Gruyaert, a digital running buddy.

The app starts with 1-2 minutes of jogging and walking, gradually building up to 40 minutes in the first schedule. The app provides useful tips during training sessions to improve your running posture and guide you on food and drink choices before, during and after your workouts.

The app also offers personalized encouragement during your training sessions with Coach Evy calling you by your name. In addition, the app has a vibrant running community on Facebook and Instagram where you can interact with other runners, share experiences, and get answers to your running questions.

You can synchronize your training sessions with Apple Health, and the app is available on Apple Watch. The app offers a free trial period of one week, and you can choose between monthly and yearly subscriptions via iTunes account.
