A free mod for The Sims 4, by ColonolNutty.

Custom Slider Framework (CSF) by ColonolNutty is an add-on for the Sims 4 which allows you to customize the body parts of your Sim without going into CAS (All Ages). The new body parts can be used to change the appearance of the Sim.

How to install the mod?

Download the Custom Slider Framework (CSF) by ColonolNutty and install it. 

How to configure the mod?

In the installation file, there is a folder called “Configure Mod Settings”. In that folder, you will find a file called “customize_sliders.ini”. Open that file and configure the body parts as you like.
