Similar to other banking services like LANDBANK Mobile Banking and IPPB Mobile Banking, users can also perform actions like changing their PIN, obtaining a bank statement, and scheduling automatic payments. Best of all, every transaction remains encrypted and secure to ensure that all of your personal information remains private.
How do you use it?
Before you begin using the app, you’ll need to be an existing customer of Zenith Bank. The app requires that you provide your account number and other additional information based on your chosen registration method. It’s also important to note that you can only register once. However, you can add your newly registered account to up to three different devices.
As already mentioned, Zenith Bank Mobile App makes use of highly secure encryption methods to keep all of your activities within the app private. One very notable issue with the app, however, is its unintuitive UI. Although Zenith Bank Mobile App aims to become a convenient platform for customers to easily perform transactions without having to line up at the bank and monitor their bank details, the app’s numerous issues make it nearly unusable. With numerous bugs that cause the app to freeze unexpectedly, even simple actions like sending money can take multiple tries before they can successfully be done.
