You will have to work with passengers, make them comfortable, and assist them in case of any problems. You will also have to work with the crew, and help them with the aircraft. You will be able to work in various scenarios, such as in the check-in area, the boarding area, the cabin, and the cockpit.

The player will be able to make use of a variety of tools in order to assist the passengers, such as a microphone, a telephone, a pocket translator, a notebook, and a tray.
