There are four modes – Story, Challenge, Relax and Expert Story Mode. In this free version, the game is limited to 20 levels of Story Mode and 2 restaurants in both Challenge and Relax mode.

Challenge mode is ridiculously frenetic with customers coming thick and fast so start on Relax mode first to get a feel for the game.
