The app is only compatible with select Nissan vehicles MY18 and newer.

The app allows users to start their engine, set customizable alerts, and get vehicle information without taking out their keys. It offers remote services that enable users to start or stop their vehicle, lock or unlock their doors, honk their vehicle’s horn, and flash their vehicle’s lights. The app also provides emergency assistance, which automatically connects users to emergency services in the event of a collision, sends roadside assistance to their location, and helps police locate their vehicle if it is stolen.

It is worth noting that the app requires an active subscription to NissanConnect Services, which is included with the purchase of a new, compatible Nissan vehicle.
