Building Budget Extender is a mod for the game. This mod will remove/extend the settlements objects building budget, and therefore will surpass the limits set by Bethesda. It is compatible with the vanilla game, and all of its current and future expansions. It is a standalone script that does not require any other mods, and it is not linked to any other object in the game. It is a simple script that removes all of the objects in the settlements, so you will not have any objects to worry about.
