The main focus of the app is to help you get over the eating and bingeing phase and get you to a place of intuitive eating, a kind of eating that does not cause you to become preoccupied with your food.

We understand how uncomfortable this can be and we also understand that many women are unable to stop binge eating and dieting. It’s time to learn how to stop, we will not suggest any diet or workout plan.
