Paid horror puzzle game

Poppy Playtime 3 is a paid adventure game from MOB Games. In the third installment of this survival horror game, you get to continue exploring the abandoned Playtime Co, all while trying to escape the monsters that lurk within.

As you get to see an all-new section of the creepy factory, you also get to face a new monster after Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs from Poppy Playtime and Poppy Playtime – Chapter 2, respectively. As the third chapter, Poppy Playtime 3 continues where the first two installments left off, retaining the same visual and audio quality.

A seamless transition

Players who have completed Poppy Playtime – Chapter 2 are familiar with its epic cliffhanger, and that’s where Poppy Playtime 3 picks off. Instead of regaining safety and freedom, Poppy Playtime diverts your train. One of the last things you see is a sign that says you’re in the Playcare area of the factory—where the third installment begins. This seamless transition will let you explore the story even more.

Also, since this is a continuation of the first two, expect the same quality of graphics and audio. The second chapter, however, was criticized for its poor performance and bugs. Whether these optimization issues persist in this chapter remains to be seen. On the plus side, expect new abilities from your GrabPack to solve a new class of puzzles never seen before.

Lastly, you can also expect another of Huggy Wuggy’s friends to make your life hard in this installment. The Poppy Playtime franchise has followed the trend of introducing another boss monster in every chapter. Expect another animatronic creature with its own brand of horror. Lastly, it’s good to know that you don’t need to finish the first two chapters to play this one, although you really should.

Complete your Playtime Co adventure

If you liked the first two Poppy Playtime chapters, then there’s no reason to hold back with Poppy Playtime 3. Staying true to the continuity, it retains the same graphics and audio quality as its predecessors while adding a whole new host of content for fans to enjoy. There are still optimization issues to be dealt with, but the game should be largely playable.
