Premium WordPress Support developed WordPress CRM Plugin, compatible with WordPress 3.3 and upwards, and tested up to WordPress version 5.7.2. You can download it for free in English or Swedish. Some alternative options include Bitrix24 CRM, Presspoint, and WP Fusion.
This plugin offers a customer relationship management (CRM) system for WordPress. It lets you manage your customers, projects, and tasks from within the WordPress dashboard. It allows an unlimited number of records; you can give access to everyone in your organization as required.
Plugin features
Besides managing projects, assigning tasks, and tracking campaigns, the plugin also offers other features. It lets you import contacts and records from your previous CRM with a CSV uploader. You’ll receive email updates when a project or task is assigned to you.
You can use the plugin to create new contacts from existing customers. It will use details like name and address from the customer account to create a new contact.
GDPR compliance
The CRM plugin also assists with DPR compliance, but there are still actions that you need to take yourself to ensure full compliance. GDPR features provide a way for customers to view their stored data, export their data, and request the deletion of their data.

More than CRM
The WordPress CRM plugin gives you much more than just a customer relationship management system. It helps you create new contacts from customer accounts and lets them view, export, or request deletion of their data. The premium extension adds even more functionality, letting you control your entire CRM system from your WordPress dashboard.
The latest version adds a shortcut button to create a new task or opportunity from the Contact page. It fixed the progress column issue on the Task table and email functionality based on the customer’s settings. The email page now uses WYSIWYG and improved styling too. Additionally, it lets you choose to send email notifications from the task’s contact attachment.
