Create a Facebook feed

Widget for Social Page Feeds gives you a simple way to display your Facebook feed in your sidebar. It adds a widget with simple configuration options. First, you can add a title, for example, ‘Like Us On Facebook’. Then, you capture your application ID and your Facebook Page URL. You can select from the following:

  • Show posts from the Page timeline
  • Hide the cover
  • Show profile photos when a friend likes this
  • Show a small header
  • Adapt to plugin container width.

Next, you set the width and height and select a language. For further customization, the plugin offers a block to add Custom CSS shortcodes. Use [fb_widget] in the Custom CSS block to display your feed in a post or page.

Once you have saved your changes, your site visitors can check out your feed in your WordPress sidebar.

Privacy concerns

There aren’t any major privacy concerns while using this plugin. It doesn’t use cookies, track users, write personal data to your database, or send any user data to external servers.

What about Twitter?

If you prefer to display your Twitter feed, you can do so with the Ultimate Twitter Feeds widget. It will let you show profile feeds, list feeds, and single tweets.
