TapeCalc is a calculator app with a twist. It presents your calculations like a tape based calculator. This makes it easy to see your calculation history at a glance.

Tape based calculators have the advantage of easily being able to show how you arrived at your current figure, step by step. This is particularly useful for tracking down accounting errors; by walking through your figures step by step, it makes it much easier to find incorrect figures. Most calculator apps either do not offer a history by default or limit the history to only a few most recent steps.
