Scribbler is an applet by Marius Claret of tooo.io that allows the user to “write what’s on their mind”. Practically speaking it’s a simple, fast word processor that runs in the web browser, that can lock or unlock your text, and that lets you download your scribbles as a .txt format file. There are three font sizes and a number of fonts, but otherwise Scribbler offers few ways to format your text, and most of this formatting will naturally be lost if you download your scribble.
