Reading Race 1a: CVC words is a fun game that helps children between the ages of 4 and 6 learn to read and write CVC words. It is the first in the four-game ‘Reading Race’ series of reading apps from PLD Literacy & Learning.

This game app is designed to be used in conjunction with reading and writing. This aims to help children learn to read and write CVC words by having them sound out simple words of increasing length and complexity as they progress through the game.

Kids will be able to work out on hearing out words of increasing length and complexity as they progress through the game, which stresses phonetic sounds and alphabet sounds.
