A simple way to extract music from your iPod
Extracting music isn’t is easy as it should be from your iPod. Apple have done their best to ensure that it can be a real pain.
If you want to extract your music while on the road or want to take some of your friend’s music from their pod, this can be really annoying. Or what about if you simple want to restore music that you’ve accidentally deleted or lost on your hard drive? Simply select the MP3 and MP4 files you’d like to extract remembering to hold down the CMD key for multiple selections.
Once you’ve done that, just click “Copy Selected Songs to disk” button and your music will transfer to your hard drive ready for importing into iTunes. It couldn’t really be much simpler and that’s the beauty of this tool although if you’ve got a large collection, be prepared for quite a wait while Pod Manager retrieves and then transfers your music.
