Professional watermarking tool to protect your images
iWatermark Pro is the successor to iWatermark, a popular watermarking application for Mac, Windows, iPhone/iPad and Android.
iWatermark Pro features a revamped interface that makes it easy to add a watermark to your images within minutes. iWatermark Pro distinguishes itself, however, because it’s designed specifically for photographers, although the developer stresses that it is not trying to be Adobe Photoshop.
The main interface is very easy to use. Just browse to the image you want to watermark, select the watermark type, select and output folder and finally, start processing. At the second stage, you can create your own personalized watermark with the Watermark Editor. The editor will preview your photo and watermark and from then on, you’ll be able to select the watermark from a drop down list.
There are many tabs across the top for other functions namely Filtering, Resizing, Renaming, Thumbnails, EXIF/IPTC/XMP and Advanced settings. The amount of control that iWatermark Pro gives you over watermarking is amazing and the developer has left very little out in the way of customization.
iWatermark Pro differs from iWatermark in many ways such as the ability to apply several watermarks at once, its around 4 times faster and can handle a wider range of image formats including DNG, RAW and PS files. There are also several more effects you can apply and comes with an in-depth online manual to help you get the most out of it.
iWatermark Pro is one of the most powerful tools you’ll ever use for watermarking and protecting your images.
now use Dropbox to backup your watermarks and settings and sync them between your Macs. from the advanced tab you can create a new dropbox account (2GB free) then upload to save settings and watermarks. If you have another Mac you can open iWatermark and download from Dropbox to sync watermarks between computers. Great for publishers and large photo workflows.- also a fix for importing settings from the old iWatermark to deal with corrupt settings.
