A more flexible iPhoto manager
iPhoto is a great application but many people may not like the way that it manages photos in one single, monolithic library.
iPhoto Library Manager expands your options instantly and allows you to organize and edit digital photos, but it restricts you to having to keep all of your photos in a single, monolithic library. iPhoto Library Manager adds an additional level of control over your iPhoto collection by allowing you to keep your photos in multiple libraries and transfer them back and forth without losing keywords, ratings, and any other information you’ve assigned to.
iPhoto Library Manager enables you to split large libraries into smaller ones, or even merge two smaller libraries into a bigger one. This allows you to store photos on an external drive but not worry about it being disconnected and affecting your iPhoto library. In addition, you can sync them all with your iPod, and use iPhoto Library Manager to keep track of it all.
The great thing about this app is the way it allows you to divide libraries into different aspects or themes. So, for example, you can have one folder for work images and one for personal photos on different Macs. Using iPhoto Library Manager you can switch between them with relative ease.
iPhoto Library Manager is a great way to split or merge different iPhoto libraries to make photo management easier.
